My stay at Splash Oasis Resort Hotel was a mixed bag. While the food was quite enjoyable, the overall experience fell a bit short due to service delays and room issues.
When I arrived, the air conditioner was on the floor, and unfortunately, there were no outlets available.
Unfortunately, nobody assisted me upon arrival, and the reception staff seemed to take their time.
The resort has separate entrances for the hotel and the resort, which might be confusing at first.
The food was actually great, and I enjoyed the meals immensely (especially the local dishes).
The facilities were decent, but the lack of assistance made it a bit difficult to navigate.

I had a pretty mixed experience at Splash Oasis Resort Hotel. The food was definitely a highlight, but the service left a lot to be desired. From the slow reception to the room setup issues, I was kind of underwhelmed overall.
The air conditioner was actually on the floor when I got to my room, which was a bit odd. Plus, there were no outlets, making it pretty inconvenient.
When I arrived, I didn't get any assistance with my bags, and it took forever for the staff at reception to help me out. Not great, honestly.
Finding the right entrance was a bit confusing at first, but at least a vendor pointed me in the right direction, so that helped.
On a positive note, the food was really great! I enjoyed every meal I had, which was definitely a plus.
The facilities seemed decent overall, but I didn't really get a chance to explore them much due to the service issues.

Nobody assisted us upon arrival, and the reception process was painfully slow.
The resort has two entrances which can be confusing, but thankfully, a vendor directed me correctly.
